International Shipping FAQ for Lucky Horse Press

Quick answer

Yes, Lucky Horse Press ships most of its products to customers around the globe. Some accessories, such as enamel pins and patches, have special packaging rules, but they are still eligible for international delivery. Shipping times and customs fees vary by destination, so check the details for your country before ordering.

Lucky Horse Press offers a range of handcrafted cards, pins, patches, and more, and we gladly serve buyers outside the United States. Our international shipping policy is designed to keep items safe while staying affordable.

Because we use sustainable materials and sturdy packaging, most orders arrive in good condition, even after long transit. Below are the most common questions we receive about cross‑border orders.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to over 150 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and South America. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and chosen service level.

If your country is not listed during checkout, it may be due to carrier restrictions or import regulations. In that case, please contact our support team for alternative options.

• Standard international shipping: 7‑21 business days
• Expedited options available for most regions

Are any products restricted for overseas delivery?

Most of our cards and prints travel without issues, but certain accessories have specific rules. Enamel pins, patches, and keychains are allowed, yet they must be packaged securely to meet airline safety standards.

We do not ship hazardous materials (e.g., liquids, flammable items) and we avoid sending large, heavy items that exceed carrier limits.

• Pins and patches: bundled with a protective letterpress card
• Keychains: wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent scratches

How are customs fees and taxes handled?

Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide a customs declaration form with an accurate description and value for each package.

If you receive a charge notice, please follow your local customs office instructions. We cannot pre‑pay these fees, but we can help clarify any questions about the declared value.

• Include the order number on any customs paperwork
• Keep the receipt for possible refunds from your country's tax authority

Product facts that affect international shipping

• Dearest Mom: Classic folded card printed with refined letterpress on a sturdy 100‑lb recycled cover, measuring 4.25 × 5.5 inches, with a matching envelope included. The thick recycled cover protects the card during long transit, and the envelope ensures it arrives ready to give without additional packaging.
• This Land Is Your Land Enamel Pin: 1.25 in. wide x 0.875 in. tall soft enamel pin with rubber backing, displayed on a letterpress card. The rubber backing prevents the pin from moving inside the package, and the backing card adds a protective layer for safe international shipping.
