Quick Answer

Lucky Horse Press offers standard print sizes ranging from 5×7 in to 11×14 in. If you need a different dimension, you can request a custom size by uploading your file and selecting “Custom Size” at checkout. Expect a small additional fee and a production lead time of 5‑7 business days.

Customers often wonder how flexible Lucky Horse Press is with print dimensions. This FAQ breaks down the options, from the ready‑made sizes we keep in stock to truly custom orders tailored to your space.

Understanding the process helps you avoid delays and extra costs, ensuring your artwork arrives exactly as you imagined.

What standard print sizes does Lucky Horse Press provide?

Our standard catalog includes popular formats such as 5×7 in, 8×10 in, and 11×14 in. These sizes are pre‑priced, ship faster, and require no extra setup fees.

Can I order a print in a non‑standard size?

Yes. Choose the “Custom Size” option at checkout, enter your desired dimensions, and upload a print‑ready file. A modest surcharge covers the additional setup, and the print will be produced within 5‑7 business days.

• Check that your design has at least 300 dpi at the final size.
• Allow a 0.125 in bleed on all sides to avoid white edges.

What file specifications are required for custom sizes?

Submit a PDF or high‑resolution JPEG/PNG with CMYK color mode. Include any bleed and crop marks as instructed in the order form. Files missing these details may be returned for revision, extending the timeline.
